Within the caves of crystals and thoughts,
Towards the back is books and what not's..
Where age old wisdom fill's there pages,
Where contains memories of the passing ages
Where the fire flickers to make the shadow's dance,
Where things that move give cause for a second glance.
Where from within the cave somethings come to light..
Flowing all directions like star's in the night...
Where whispers echo off the walls,
Where we are alive and having a ball
Where the sounds give cause for a moment's thought
To which we know we should treasure what we've got
But something inside stirs ever more in the night
A desire, a passion a longing for answers so bright
A desire that burns stronger than the flames in sight
A surging impulse to know more a life long fight
Within this cave of crystals and thoughts
Answers are found and some are still sought
A cause for understanding and it's basic phase
Leaves us clear from all clutter and haze
Within this cave the roads become clear
And from that path we take we eradicate fear
And so to we add to the pages in the books

That Moment
Lounging at the beach today..
Listening as the world goes by..
Watching the waves as they rock in that stormy way,
Watching as the birds swoop and fly so high....
Hearing the calls they cry as the sea does roar
Watching as the waves rise and fall
As it sways back and forth towards the shore
In and out with each a sudden swell
Churning up what may have been left before
While life below the surface carry's on regardless
As the drift wood drifts to land upon the shore
While seaweed is tossed around to land and make a mess
So as I sit here in the moment on this day
I contemplate the wonders of the world and what I see
With the waves so wild and calming in there own way
Knowing that the ocean, the waves will always be free
And if perhaps for a moment or two
We take on board some of the power from the sea
To create our currents to move us in what we do
Then perhaps even we can be for that moment free

The Heart Sings
As the heart sings, the soul too shall resonate to the same tune.
To a point in which the words will flow like the currents of the sea.
Ebbing in and out settling upon the pages to which we write.
Upon pages where our thoughts and feelings really can be free.
Where imagination becomes your visionary to see for what it is.
Where the words just jump out at you with passion.
To which the heart and soul will continue to sing it's song.
Where those words will slide easily with flowing motion.
Weaving through the branches upon the strong tree's in life.
Creating whispers in the wind a music in the heart.
From morning sunrise all through to the setting sun at night.
Where like each day a new one arises to which we play our part.
To which we are connected in unison to Earth's energy.
Where we all share a common tie to which some are uncertain.
Where aspects of the seen and unseen are set in motion.
Where again our heart's sing to a beat it does maintain.
Where connections upon the pages begin to shine through.
Where the words show meaning of that we can see so clear.
Where as they flow across the pages to the rise and fall of the tide.
They create the cycles of magic to keep balance and banish fear.
So I call to the soul within to let the heart sing.
To sound your song with pride and show your passion.

Contemplations Of A Day
Contemplates the day ahead,
Oh the joy's of work that make me rise up from bed.
To sit and ponder where the morning has gone,
With my mug of tea and by the way this isn't a song.
To sit and think what the day will hold,
The sun is gone the clouds are out is the summer sold.
The roads outside already rumble with the passing cars.
Oh how I wish it was night to watch the stars.
To be as free as the bird flying high
Instead I sit ready to head out and let the day pass by
To await what the world has in-store for me this day
With faith I hold my head high as I make my way
Out the door and down the stairs to meet world outside
To venture forward to a place my work does reside
To meet and greet all new faces about they're day
Shopping for the food they need upon this a cloudy day
To cater for the week that lies ahead
Shopping for the basics of milk and bread
Going away with a trolley load having spent too much
Worrying next perhaps what to have for lunch
Counting up how many dinners they did buy
Wondering if they have enough and so they sigh
And so the cycle continues day after day
Where we all need that food of life in every way
A glance to the clock say's it's time for home
And so I clock out and I'm now free to roam
Free for a day and then back again it's true

Soaring
To ride upon that white winged majestic wonder,
To be so low to touch the waves and rise to hear the thunder,
Upon the back of grace I hold the moment close inside,
Hearing the thunder bellow across the sky as I take this ride
To be above the tree's and see the world around
To hear the birds, so gentle is they're sweet sound.
To feel that breeze upon my wind swept face
As I fly upon this animal at such a gentle pace
An animal of myth but in my sight is true
To hold it's head high with pride to not be blue
The strength of such fine powerful wings
A softness does it's heart and soul sing
Such dignity and elegance it move's with ease
To grace the land and leave not a breeze
So soft are those feathers within those strong wings
So tender they are, as they surround me, my heart sings
So to ride upon this creature so mild and strong
Is a gift of love to treasure that will never be gone
To have this creature grace me with such a moment
One that I will cherish with such fine sentiment

Will Tomorrow
The sun is shining outside that window,
But it's not so warm it's mellow,
Upon the back of a cloudy day,
Will tomorrow bring a warmer day ?
Will tomorrow see the sky's so blue ?
Where it's open and warm for me and you,
Where in the gardens we can rest,
Be free from work to be our best.
Where the wonders of the world rise that day,
Where the squirrel round the back can play.
Where the birds shall swoop from tree to tree,
Upon the back of a clear day so free.
Will tomorrow be the day we await ?
Where we can rest with no hallowed debate
To free our core from the chains around
To relax with the oceans pulsing sound
Will tomorrow see the change so long due ?
Where the sun shall shine to chase the blues
Where the earth is healed and your spirit to
Tomorrow will bring the hope to start anew.

Those Wings
I'm carried along, with a strength so strong,
With a beat of the drum, my inner song,
That now for the very first time,
I see those wings as they shine,
Within that vibrant hue of golden light,
That warms the heart to such a delight.
Caring wings from one so old,
From freedom that teaches us to be bold
Where our growing spirit learns the fight,
That keeps our fire burning long into the night
As I'm carried along I learn how to pray,
To do thing's my way along the growing highway,
With those wings at my side,
Learning the lesson of nothing to hide
Carried through the shadows into a lighter place to be,
I feel the burdens lift as those wings set me free
To then see the light reflect to rainbows bright,
From those soft caring wings of such delight.
Where all pain is gone as the rain does fall
Where in it's place is strength, I pray I don't stall
As those wings I find come from angels all around
I know that love is never gone but always found
Peace fills the mind as I am guided this warm day
Knowing my travels are pure along the growing highway

Have you seen a bird so free,
One that should rise from the ashen ground to be,
Full of colour within my mind such a sight,
It leaves a trail of colour such a delight,
To rise and fall when time is called to rise once more,
From devastation when flames lash out and fade away
Knowing when the remains cool, It's ash shall be gray,
So silent has it fallen without the fire-bird song
Gone once more but not got long,
Give it a moment and life is reborn.
For eternity this sacred bird shall fly,
From the dawn of time it chose to rise soaring high
Co-existence within each life long cycle
Magic and mystery This the fire-bird shall be
A challenge to face the road again ever free
Over and over in the cycles with us it chooses to be
In our minds and always free above the lands to call
To sing it's song of revival for one and all

Spur us on for what will be will be

Grace Of Meadow
Sat upon the mossy rock in the meadow,
Was a butterfly of golden yellow,
So still it chose to stay,
In the warmth of this a sunny day,
To gaze your eye's upon it's grace,
In nature it's essence is in place,
Transformation of your mind to clarity,
Where things now become so steady
To then notice the purple flower down on my right,
Surrounded by daisy's in a ring of white,
A gentle place for where it stands tall,
In it's spot even with strong wind it shall not fall
Now over to the right there is another circle round
Within this spot an Angel is now found
Not of form but of that gentle light
It's essence such a tender pure sight
Such calm clarity fills this meadow spreading free
To hear the words, Go with the wind and what you see
Free yourself from all chains We are here
We will guide you, you have nothing to fear

Be One Be Whole
I tread with caution as I weave through these trees,
To turn my head at every sound upon the breeze,
With words in the air and eye's that stare,
I keep watch for any signs of a bear
No bears are here the voices call out,
This place is sacred enjoy your walk about.
Revive the instinct within your heart and soul
Let your mind and body be one be whole
You come in search of answers but you see,
You know within what's right to set you free,
Come and join me by the strong tall tree,
Sit upon the roots, close your eyes and see
You won't see me but know my energy is clear
I'll grant you safety, in this place have no fear
I am with you always in all that you do
And all my love is unconditional and sent to you
I dare not doubt those words spoken to me
I trust those words, with truth I feel them to be
In safety I know I can relax now upon this sturdy tree
So much so I close my eyes and there I am, I am free.
Such a place of peace and contented bliss
In nature and mind a place not to miss

A wolf heart beats with intensity,
It's strength a growing curiosity,
Call to me my animal kin.
I feel your spirit waver within.
Sing to me your powerful song.
Show the world the pack remains strong.
Over under near or far rejoice the call is now awake,
Within the hearts wolf soul shall not break
With your direction our way is found
Paths be guided by your magical sound
Be it night or be it day
The trusted wolf will know the way
The elixir of life beats through every vein
Through yours and mine it's all the same
The air that surrounds your mysterious face
I take pleasure in seeing your profound grace
When our hearts beat together as one this night
In unison our spirits grow close they don't fight
Call to me my wolf brother our souls are one
Sing your song as I beat the awaiting drum

I have searched and searched,
Alas no off switch so now I perch,
Unfolded from the pages that turn,
As I sit and listen to that drum,
Where upon a moment a whispered word,
To reveal the wings of such a proud bird
Unfold now in all it's glory and pride,
An elegant hawk show's no earthly divide,
Where upon it's knowledge the sound it free,
Where in it's sight it's path to see
A gentle soul a heart of gold
Tender wise and always bold.
Such elegance now before my sight
Oh how she shines in that light
Not fearful of my being ever near
So proud she stands with no fear.
Alas my mind starts to chase
My thoughts upon the page and place
That delves to the heart where spirit be

Towards the steady flowing shallow stream,
Under that warm sun of new spring's day,
Where travel is light in any way.
When then I can sit, free to think and see
By the strong and winding tree is where I'll be
So when the wildlife of nature comes my way
I can relax and admire the world today.
To watch those butterfly's flutter on by
To gaze on out and see the birds in the sky
To feel the love that floods the land
To feel the balance re-align under hand
To watch the deer come down and play
How they dance in that carefree way
How in this place everything is free
Without a worry to hold, as it should be

Silence of the mind be oblivion
To the peace fold of thought,
Though gentle does words trickle open minds
clear vision aids for clarity in that way word thinking
So sit and listen to the wind that blows
Listen for she calls to you the goddess above
Whom shines to you in blessed wonder
So take flight upon the dove in the night
For there in the wind silent whispers come to you
Filled with words of love no reason for you to fear
Let yourself relax and allow your mind to grow
In time your thoughts will soon clear
Where clarity is not dazed and sight be near
As Silence bring wonder and amazement

Morning Mist
Why does the light shine so bright through morning mist,
Upon the winters shaded morning dawn,
In true fashion nature's show should not be missed,
As Nightingale sings that beautiful morning song

So strong is that melody so pure and whole

Reveals to me your hidden doors aloft,
Another dimension shines beyond your gates
Within these woods your source is free,
Elementals guide to guard this place,
Where all essence is in harmony,

This place is pure and calls to me
The trees surround shade your light
In harmony in this zone I am free
Transported to places day or night
Each day a new door is opened for me

Storm of Life
Eruptions of abrupt emotions to shudder out control,
When feeling at a loss not knowing where to roll.
Trembles quiver through the veins of life inside,
Never truly understanding whether to stay or hide
Unable to shift the dimensions of which time remains,
To shift the focus and feel normal again,
To make new what the world dares to give,
For there is always reasons to go on and live
For the sun that warms the hearts of many to the core
Or the water that runs fluent and free right to the shore
Or the birds that sing in the trees so ample and free
So why can't I rejoice in life and set myself free
When these veins inside spring forth in action
Bringing convulsions of tears and emotion
How do I calm this volcano that erupts within
To calm the storm without ever giving in
Do I steady myself upon this rock by the foot of the Ocean,
To dip my foot into the waves and avoid the commotion,
Shall I listen to the birds that sing there song,
Can I stand strong and weather the continued Storm

Wolf Wisdom
With wolf wisdom a path be laid out for me,
As the pathfinder knows just what to see.
Within the darkness the light is found,
Where love can cherish and not be bound
Where from the nights sky the moon is a glow,
To shine my path by the river as it may flow,
Through the thick and thin it does not diminish,
Where wisdom grows from wolf it does not tarnish
To hear the cry is to know the soul within
To free the spirit to carry on and not give in
To source the road of what may be ahead
To know that passion in life is never dead
Wolf wisdom the insight given so dearly sought,
To know that answers be found and less be fought,
To carry all that is of need so close within,
Wolf wisdom grants your passage from deep within
A cry be a cry with a silent tear,
The wolf will guide and have no fear,

The cry of the wolf,
The call of the wild,
Snakes it's way through the trees,
An eerie sound and yet so mild
As sounds of age old wisdom fill the air
Upon the still and blissful clear starry night,

Grand Old Oak
A cooling summer night glimmers upon the Grand Old Oak,
For wisdom and strength spread from leave to root.
Deep below it's water is found and roots now soak.
To nourish this tree as people seek to look,
It's purity fills the air in rapturous dreams to be heard,
As Grand Old Oak sways in the gentle wind and dusky light,
Where from it's branches the Nightingale's song is heard.
In clarity as the dawn approaches from the night.
So to another night has passed on by in subtle clarity
As the morning sun rises in the west bringing the new day
Grand Old Oak stretches out his leaves in tremendous harmony
As the world about now comes to life, Grand Old Oak will happily sway

Eden
And so my words trail into echos,
Rebounding back and forth in shards of what were,
Clouded and dazed no longer fill my head,
My woes are gone and worries now dead,
In sight I see the garden bloom,
Where carnations spray out in colours of all sorts,
Where the birds come and go like leaves in the wind
And so too does the bows of the trees sway in harmony,
As earth dances in her melody this day,
So too does my heart sigh a sigh of relief.
Mere peace in the balance now takes hold
A detox to the mind now so clear in sight
A joy to watch the world turn by
When the animals come and go carefree
In this astonishing garden upon the earth
A treasure to see how wonders can be
How magic is within our grasp when bounds are gone
A wisp of wind and a flicker gone past
Attractions grow and life does dance
As the swaying grass weaves it's magic
As the butterfly soon comes to land
Into the depths there's a hidden core
A source of love that's deep and sensual
And so it continues this peace of mine
Hidden within the paradise of harmony
Time is not of essence to escape the outside
So to here I sit in perfect balance truly given
No worries to face the chains are gone
Within the wind a subtle sweet tune
Aromas weave there way around the notes
Bouncing through even the smallest of reaches
And so life is for living in the magic where it dwells
No words be needed for peace is what is needed.

Restful Slumber
On the turn of every new night
I draw within my shining light
Slowly pulling each petal in
Drawing resources deep within
Edging each night to restful slumber
Peace of mind and dreams to remember
Through each night do I close my door
Closing to silent world so I may soar
Within the night my wings are free
Traveling to new heights and places to see
Soaring over the valleys below
Watching rainbow rivers as they flow
Twisting and turning by the river bed
Beyond the banks roses ever so red
New worlds full of wonder and delight
Sensational aspects and astounding light
Where all worries and woes will slip away
Fading from the mind to a place they will stay
Where warmth will fill every vacant cavern inside
To which wisdom grows forever to reside
So as I slumber in the peace of night
Perhaps I'll gain some new insight
To wake up in the morning fresh and free
To reflect the journeys shown to me

Night Storm
As a thunderous crack echo's through the sky
You can hear Mother Earth groan and sigh
As the heavens above open for rain to fall below
Lashing down, bounding off every surface as it goes
Taking shelter from within the cave this stormy night
A pack of wolves howl and whimper with the flashes of light
Staying warm awaiting for the storm to pass on by
One sits at the entrance and howls out to Father Sky
With more sudden flashes of rain and light
The storm is growing in all it's might
With another deafening boom throughout the land
Is this Mother Earth's way of a reprimand
Within the wilderness natures display of magnificence goes on
The wind now whistling through the trees it's hours to dawn
Such display or power it's natures true essence astounding
All the while the animals of the land remain in hiding
Sheltering from the harsh storm in full swing
The wind whistling with a song to sing

Our Troops
Bravery in the heart of the homeland
Where pride follows with no demand
Where our troops stand together as one
Where they know there work is never done
Whether home or away there pride will stay
For the fallen they will always pray
In there memory they dare battle on
Then when they rest they sing their song
Many voices sing the same deepening call
Pray they remain strong for no man to fall
Pray they're safe return to spouse's, daughters and sons
Send out your thoughts as they go on the reconnaissance
For out on the front-line the work is hard

A change so strong and yet so light

To make it even fair,

Wolf So White
As the twisted world around me
Now shudders in the deepening night
A cry so eerie emanates from the woodland so free
Draped in magic and mystery of the moonlight
The echo of that cry rippling through my veins
Sending out a wave of comfort a sense of nothing to fear
Then all goes quite and is now still again
I gaze out to the valley before me lit up so clear
A moment of silence to put order to confusion
Now shattered as a twig snaps over to my right
I glance over to see two eye's of amber infusion
I do not fear those eye's lit up by moonlight
Within those eyes is peace and wisdom so pure and free
With my eyes now adjusting on this eerie calm night
My vision extends beyond those eyes a wolf I see
A wolf who stand's sharp and is ever so white
Does not growl or give cause to show fear
Looking in those eyes I see the soul so misunderstood
One of power and compassion for now it's so clear
To reach out with the mind and look under the hood

Others flow free you can't help but sing
Some come with a pleasant harmony
Some are playful others that of melancholy
Some complex and require understanding
Others like a puzzle wanting solving
Flowing together back and forth in day or night
Creating many wonder's that may shed some light
Where answers may be unknowingly found
Where Questions asked are often bound
Where one may take that creative leap
When put to paper some end in a heap
Some are kept for ever with pride in a book
Where it can then be opened for others to look

When the thunder fills the sky
When the tree's creak and sigh
I give thanks for life and wonder
For the miracles are no blunder

The Warrior
As the crackling fire burns before the warrior in the night
He remembers those now gone on to the light
Nursing his wounds, whilst others mourn and cry
When the pain is strong he wonders why
Why was his people victims of hate
Was there any need to debate
Why couldn't they share land and be one
As he sheds a single tear he mutters " surely It can be done"
He then stands and a soft chant emanates outwards
Head to the sky he cry's " Great spirit carry us forwards"
"Let us not suffer in such pain let us be proud"
"For those who stood with us we will be proud"
"Watch over them as they come now to join you"
"Let us see the way forward that is true"
Feeling weak from his own wounds he sits again
For his strength and muster he soon will regain
The camp behind the warrior fades into silence
Yet he remains to listen to the growing silence
By the warmth of the glowing embers he stays
For his land and people they're safety he prays

Queuing queuing always waiting
Waiting in line patience failing

Echo's
Oh echo's in the wind how I long to hear your voice
Clear as day I wish it was so, I long hear those words
Echoing through time for all to gain for some it's but noise
For others it is but needed wisdom in those floating words
Oh for echo's in the elongated cave
I want to sit and listen, to let things just be
While I sit in this semi darkened cave
I gaze in all directions seeing what there is to see
When echo's of your words now fade
Another sound beckons the call to be heard
This one is gentle and sounds like a marching parade
A gentle rhythmic drumming so clear can it be heard
While this sound brings in that peace
To which I can relax and take in the coming night
Other thoughts draw a close and soon the cease
Gentle memories come with those echos under moonlight
That familiar voice so longed for but never forgotten memories
A happy thought to hold close within the heart

Silence, what is silence
For there is no echo
For there is no sound
The silence is all around
When the world goes to sleep
In the night the silence grows

To still the mind, for noise to cease
Sometimes I pray for things to change
Knowing that in time things change with age
Sometimes I sit and ponder the world today
Trying to find the right words to say

Sometimes I'm not myself but remain with pride
For I know within I have nothing to hide

Contortions
A fire ravages within my ether soul
Contorting what I've known to distant mere memories
Anger grows with seeing revenge a goal
But then to seek revenge wont that cause more rift than harmonies
Growing now with passion burning scarlet red within
Burdens and past taking its grasp tortured for one deed
Redness fills the sky is this my injustice that deepens within
Can I find the courage to proceed and follow every need
The lusting greed when anger rises
Spreading about like power ruling the mind
Uncovering a core supply of many hidden surprises
To beseech thee in power equal to that of strongest wind

Time
Who would think time would fly so fast
Before we know it's all in the past
But some things will always remain
Simple memories arise again

Eluding the grasp of darkness in the meddow
Through the silence a sound rings clear
A flutter of fear for the sound is near
The echo in the wind is carried far across the land
Then a flash of light and an outstreched hand
A spoken word of reasurance this very night
Comfort brought by the warmth of that light
Those words that are spoken are very clear
Comforting enough to take away any fear
From there the light is gone but stars shine bright

Into the darkness of the abyss is were they stay
Left to stay forgotten about untill another day,

Wish I was dreaming to be in a place pain free
Dreaming of lands filled with hope for you and me
Dreaming of the gentle flowing tide
Dreaming always to lose the feeling of having to hide
Dreaming of lands where there is peace and serenity

Dreaming where dreams really do come true
Of places where we will all pull through
In the lands where we can relax and just be

Lost Within
I'm lost within my mind feeling confused
Often left wondering why do I get refused
Have I done something wrong would you tell me
Is it because I am not how you want me to be
I am lost within myself its true
I often struggle to find my way through
From the morning when I wake
To the night when the skies may break
Uncertainty draws in searching nearer to me,
Why can't it leave to let me be
In the cold of night I seek shelter from pain
Within the arms of one close I can't feel the rain
Why cant I have the comfort that I seek
To be cared for so things don't seem so bleak
Why can't I be shown some promise in Life
Can someone please take away that strife

One Voice Of Change
A child was seen talking to the sky
Gazing up, hands clasped with a tear in his eye
It was heard what he did say
I still remember the story to this day
His voice was one with his surround
It did seem he was attuned to all around
His body so small and tender very gentle
His cry was loud to the sky but he did waver little
Oh dear father above me now please dont go
Please can you tell me why is it so?
Please can you tell me why the hunger and pain?
Please why is there no shelter for me when it may rain?
Please dear father in the sky listen to my cry
Can't you see these tears that fill my eyes?
Is this how It is meant to be?
Please can you tell me why is it me?
Please dear father why do I suffer?
Am I not a child of God born to my mother?
Do I not deserve to be loved as a child of God?
Am I not worthy of the good in life dear lord?
Have I upset you in anyway?
Can you tell me why I suffer this way?
Do I not deserve to live as most children do?
To learn and play please I ask these of you
As the boy filled deep with sadness inside
For tramua filled his life he had no place to hide
Tears now fluently streaming down his precious face
Flowing downwards in the most steady pace
A child so young should not suffer so
What can you do and where can you do
He regained him self and wiped those tears
Then came a reply to his cry as if to settle those fears
My dear child there on earth's ground
I will not leave you I am all around
How can I answer in a way you will understand
You have opened your heart and felt first hand
I fill with sorrow when I think of what i bestowed to you
When I think of all the pain and sorrow that you go through
Knowing its within my power to change these ways
Yet if I interviened how will you all learn through the days
My dear child do not cry please understand
I grant you my unconditional love so you may stand
I grant you the freedom of choice
You already know how to use your voice
I'll grant you wisdom and strength to aid you
To help the world become aware of those that suffer like you
I gave you these things to make a difference
No change will happen in an instance
Your are my beloved child I promise you
Time will change and it starts with you
My precious child please do not cry anymore
I will carry you when your burdens are sore
I will lift you up when the time is right
My love for you goes on through the day and night
Your pain and suffering will aid to the change in life
When others become aware of the pain that is rife
I am sorry that it was you I chose to bestow my greatest gift
But I could not see a more worthier person whom i would sooner lift
I could see no other better for this role than you
A glimmer in hope in all that you will do

If Life Was Simple
If life was simple where would we be
Happier ? contented ? perhaps maybe
How we wish for a simple trail
One thats full of colour not so pale
Always seeking the easy choice along the way
Looking for the simple side all through the day
When in man's reality its not to be
Life isnt easy but we fail to see
The aspects in life in where we learn
Longing for love in comfort is what we yearn
Always trying to do what we percieve to be right
Always trying to not back down without a fight
Complex matters add some spice and diversity
Nothing is how it seems to be in mans mystery
But life however we see it to be
Is neither simple nor hard and so you see
Life is as it is filled with challenges to ungergo
Keeping us on our toes and so we flow
From one thing to the next always moving
Through our struggles and triumphs always loving
Where would we be without the challenge in life
Where would man be without his beloved wife

Wounded Soldier
A wounded soldier battles not in vain
Fighting on through all the pain
Fighting for what he believes is right
Defending the innocent with all his might
Carrying on for his very survival
The soldier battles not in denial
Thinking of his family back home
Wishing he was on holiday in rome
Dodging the bullets as he goes
Keeping a watchful eye for his foes
Over the noise shouts are heard
Soldiers calling out not being reserved
Gun fire blazing through the air
Soldiers trying to be fair
But in battle love is never last
Defense is first surival can be fast
Over the shouts a voice is heard
This isn't what I deserved
Please tell my wife and children
That I will always love them
The war crys of the wounded soldier

"Can you please tell me I just want to know?"
Wanting to know but not searchin the answers
Wanting the clarity without doing the work
Asking others instead of themselves
Asking always looking for that bit luck
"Why am I here and why now?"
"Why all the pain such hurt?"
"Why do things have to be how they are?"
"Will things ever clear from this little rut?"
All aspects of living life it's lessons
Just look within your answers be
Lift the shell within and you will see
Maybe not now but soon it will be clear you'll see
"How do I see what is not there?"
"How can I Trust what I cannot see?"
Open your eyes within your mind look deep
Clear your doubt and let you flow to be free

There's growing new sensations
And its not from Occupations
For the fire's burning deep
Through shadows it wont sleep
Turning all into the embers
Sharing light that is ever so tender
Sharing love all through the night
Discarding all in rising light
Leaving the past where is should be
Setting your heart and spirit free
Living in what is always the moment
Come om lets forget all that resentment
Bring to you the chants of life inside
For your choice in life is yours to decide
So stop looking back lets get moving on

Lost No More
In the point of no return the stars did shine
To guide the way forward away from the darkened mine
To show you the path that leads your way
To take your fears away as you pray
Moving on up to better sights
Leading away from the lonesome nights
A single path a single soul did take
A journey new then one did make
Reveling in the hope that new road did bring
A blossom of joy for the soul did sing
The shadows are fading now out of sight
As the single soul walks with many in the light
Once feeling lost and now more found
Things have turned themselves around
The darkness gone, the light returned
The path now clearer where fire once burned
Those once desolate plains now shrouded in love
The gift of life shines down from above
As the soul goes onwards to newer hights
The chains once bound are gone to reveal new sights
That trust of ones feelings regained in joy
That faith of thought knows its not a ploy
Desperation once filled that vessel deprived of light
No longer the case for this loved soul so bright
Who once wondered why things happened in the past
To learn they're pain would never last
Long into the night did that soul sit and ponder
The stillness of air helped them as they did wander
That time to sit was all that was needed in time
That soul did learn that all was going to be fine
Some patience and trust was all it took
The time to find oneself and truly look
Within honest open eyes so dazzled and bright
The founder of this soul beams with new found light
No longer lost along the way, now found and wrapped in love
A tender moment of rejoice with a fallen tear from above
A new awarness then did awaken within the heart a new fire
Within them growing that awaited strength and desire
Courage building the path now ever more clearer

Wolf of Night
In the silence of the ageing night
Shadows cast from the growing moonlight
With its rays now shining down upon the tree's
Where shadows dance like flames in the breeze
Within the moonlit shadows a wolf does hide
Hunting for food reveals the darker side
The hunger running through the wolf's pulsating veins
A need to eat before it rains
Oh the silent hungry wolf of night
Darting from shadow to shadow avoiding the light
Going to ground when the wind does blow
So as not to alert any nearby foe
So as not to reveal that hiding place
For if revealed the wolf will have to up a pace
The rain is near the wolf must move on
To track the scent of food before its gone
Through the bracken the wolf spots it's pray
Creeping closer over the branches in it's way
A growling lunge and it is done
Wolf can feast on the prize it's won
Once fed and full the wolf resounds it's song
A cry that rings through the chilling sky before dawn
The wolf now resides contented ready to rest

Dragons Den
If your lumbered in room seven
With a Dragon in the den
Then your haven't gone to Heaven
So perhaps think again
But count youself so lucky
It's a room and not a cave
As Dragons can be touchy
So pray that she behaves
If your brave enough to chance your luck
Then some presents is a must
I only pray that one is not a duck
For it may then turn to dust
A fair few now have been on through
Soon I'll bid you well and run
And there I leave the Dragon's queue
For I have already had my turn
So fair you well my trusted freind
I wish you all the best
My prayers for you will never end
But I really do need some rest.

Through the burning embers
The light distends like fingers
Flickering and dancing through the light
Reaching off into the distance of the night
Warming the body with its glow
Flilling the vacant spaces as its flows
Reaching into the caverns of thought
Into the web of life so taught
Awakening a call of sacrifice inside
A Calling to release the control that may reside
To release is then to gain some more
You then see you gain control for ever more
Awakeniing the inner control over perception
Mans perception that runs through every section

I question the mind of thyself

Into the depths of the soul I search

Aspects of perception of things in the night
Turned to angles unknown unless looked at in sight
Through deeper thought and introspection

In Loving Memory
This poem was written in the memory of my late nana who passed away to the world of spirit to be with her late husband again on the 20th of August 2009. It was written to be read out at her funeral in which my Dad read out. (((((Nana))))) Loving you always and missing you more may you now fly with grampa away from all pain and suffering as you are now free. Rest In Peace xxx

Through the Days
Through the shadow into light
The sun has chased away the night,
Morning comes but with warm delight
Setting your soul inside alight
Full of passion and desire
Growing more from that inner fire
The burning strength within the soul
Coming to help achive the goal
Through all walks of life and learning
We all share a common yearning
To trust in ourselves and offer out love
To share the peace within, much like the dove
No matter how far we may tread
We ask for faith and never for dread
No room for fear but it wont go
Not even after the river flow
As we march on through the days
We look to things in different ways
Looking for answers and seeking our truth
